Back in March 2011, I heard about Crossfit and so started my search for a local Crossfit gym. I went in and was immediately sucked in. Fast forward 8 months to now and I am 30+ pounds lighter, lifting heavier weights, improving form (not perfect yet!), setting PRs, and loving/dreading WODs.
I started CrossFit to get in shape and it definitely surpassed my expectations. Not only did I lose 15lbs. and tone up but it is the only workout that I didn’t get bored with. Crossfit 805 has a great energy and convenient class schedule. I am so glad I joined!
Thank you Crossfit 805 for changing my life! Crossfit took me to a brand new level of fitness. I lost 30 pounds in the first 4 months and went from 20% to 11% body fat percentage. I noticed a huge difference in my endurance and strength as well. Lee, our instructor is very meticulous with what he does and is always there to help each one of us. He focuses a great deal on technique, which is absolutely important when it comes to lifting heavy weights. The best part is, the workout is scaled to fit anyone, regardless of their fitness level. I highly recommend Crossfit 805!
CrossFit has changed my life and has taken my physical endurance to a new level. The atmosphere is positive and friendly and almost like getting one-on-one training. I would recommend CrossFit 805 to anyone who is looking to get into shape.
